		<description>Thanks, Roisin. It&#039;s exciting to see how people are embracing the idea of creativity -- including, but not limited to, the ideas of artistic expression. I think your comment about inclusion is fundamental. Sourcing our creative identity, and experiencing it in community, is extremely fulfilling. I think (I hope!) we&#039;re heading more in that direction.
