Future of Human Resources

The day after the election I will have the opportunity as a futurist speaker to address the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, HRMAC. They have posted a preview interview of my program, on YouTube.

At their annual summit I will be speaking about the fundamental trends based on my book, Turning the Future Into Revenue. In a special lunch session to follow, I will dialogue with HR leaders about the key characteristics of transformational leaders, a real need at this time of turmoil.
